Located on a long strip of coastline the hotel is in an area surrounded by summer houses and close to Davutlar, a market and thermal water town.

Local transport passes in front of the hotel on a regular basis. Situated between Bodrum and Adnan Menderes Airports, both are within approximately 100 km from the hotel. Renovated in 2016, the pleasant beach hotel offers a large lobby area with 24-hour reception. There are 238 guest rooms. The hotel's grounds have well maintained gardens leading down to the outdoor pool area and sandy beach. The air-conditioned hotel has a restaurant, café, bar, disco and snack bar, and entertainment facilities are provided. Further facilities on offer include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a hairdressing salon, a games room and a children's playground. The en suite rooms are tastefully furnished and well-equipped as standard.
