Laganas is one of the largest and most popular tourist resorts on the Greek island of Zante, known for its nine kilometres stretch of beach which has been awarded the European Blue Flag for cleanliness.

The beach is also home to a number of water sports and activities such as pedalos, canoes and banana boating. As well as the excellent beach Laganas is also known for its lively nightlife and there are plenty of bars and clubs to choose from all over the town, especially on the main strip. The Poseidon Beach Hotel is positioned right on the sandy beach meaning you can be out on the sand or in the azure waters with ease every day. If you don’t fancy the beach there is a large outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and an individual children’s pool. There is poolside snack bar serving food and drinks throughout the day and a lounge bar for the evenings. The newly renovated hotel has 250 spacious rooms of varying size all of which are comfortably furnished in a modern style with all the amenities to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
