The ultra all-inclusive concept covers open buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day. Three à la carte restaurants — serving Ottoman Turkish, Italian and Far Eastern cuisine — are available to guests staying seven nights or more, at no extra charge. A wine house is also available on-site. The main restaurant offers Turkish and international cuisine. A dedicated children's buffet is available, and special dietary requirements are catered for.
The pool complex includes a large outdoor main pool, a jacuzzi pool, three children's pools (one heated), an aquapark with eight water slides and a heated indoor pool. The beach includes free sun loungers, parasols, beach towels, mats, and changing rooms and showers. Water sports — both motorised and non-motorised — are available at the beach, with non-motorised options included in the all-inclusive concept during summer.
Evening entertainment takes place in the hotel's amphitheatre, with a different show each night. The daytime animation programme covers pool activities, sports and games throughout the day. The game centre includes billiards, table football and children's games, and sports facilities include a gym, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, aerobics, pilates and darts.

The hotel's location in Turkler makes it a pleasant and convenient base for exploring the Alanya area. The historic town of Alanya is approximately 12 miles away and well worth a visit, with Alanya Castle offering panoramic views over the coastline, the Red Tower at the harbour, and Damlataş Cave providing a fascinating look at the region's natural history. The nearby resort of Avsallar has a good selection of local restaurants, cafés and shops, and the sandy İncekum Beach is just a few kilometres along the coast. Sealanya water park is within easy reach for families wanting a day out, and Manavgat — with its famous waterfall and market — is around 35 km away and makes for a great half-day excursion.
